Hi,

 

I'm Rick Wong, a Professional Fitness Coach, Master Trainer and Senior Exercise Consultant based here in Singapore.

 

I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and like many of you reading this, am currently in the middle-age stage of my life. ( to be exact, 51+ years young, as of 2021 :) and also living with my own share of chronic health challenges ...

 

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clientele - from as young as 5-year-olds all the way to 85 year-olds, from students to CEOs, from the every day man/woman on the streets to media celebrities .....

In recent years though, my focus has gradually shifted towards helping both the middle-aged and the older adult population, as well as those with chronic medical conditions (such as those with high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, dementia, cancer etc ) to improve their health, fitness and quality of life through exercise, proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
