I'm Rick Wong, a Professional Fitness Coach, Master Trainer and Senior Exercise Consultant based here in Singapore.
I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and like many of you reading this, am currently in the middle-age stage of my life. ( to be exact, 51+ years young, as of 2021 :)
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clientele - from as young as 5-year-olds all the way to 85 year-olds, from students to CEOs, from the every day man/woman on the streets to media celebrities .....
